Midsummer bonfire at the Asitz
Watch the burning of the fire on the mountain chains of the Leoganger Steinberge and the Steinernen Meer from 10.00 pm onwards. In a radius of 360° degrees, you will see thousands of sunny fires at the Asitz (1,870m above sea level).
Culinary specialities and live music will be provided in the AlteSchmiede. There is a bouncy castle at the Asitz top station.
Operating hours - night trip Asitz lift:
Ascent: 05.00pm
Descent: until 12.00 am (continuous driving)
Tip:
From 09.00 pm there is a hike from the top station (1,760m) to the summit of the small Asitz (1,870m) - approx. 15-30 min. we recommend solid shoes as well as warm clothes.
The lighting of the bonfires and the outdoor programme will be cancelled in case of rain.
We are not liable for any accidents!
For the sake of the environment, the Alpine Club and the Leoganger Bergbahnen ask you to refrain from using fireworks.
