Rock climbing & via ferrata beginners course
Climbing on steep rock faces needs to be learned, belaying safely, using proper climbing technique and abseiling. The professional mountain guide shows you how to do it best using simple methods, tips and tricks.
Duration approximately 4 hours.
Alternative dates are possible by individual arrangement.
In the Steinberge mountain sports region with the Climbing areas Saalfelden Leogang, Salzburger Saalachtal and PillerseeTal there are family-friendly climbing gardens, over 10 exciting via ferratas and more than 1000 sport climbing routes.

The meeting point is at car park 1 (Seisenbergklamm) in Weißbach near Lofer.

The necessary safety equipment (climbing harness, protective helmet, climbing rope, safety device and carabiner) is provided on site free of charge.
Climbing shoes can be rented from the climbing hall in Saalfelden.

The mountain guide rate is € 95,- per hour and includes the training and guidance of a maximum of 4 people as well as the necessary safety equipment. For larger groups an extra rate can be agreed.
