The "Berg und mehr ..." apartment is an 80m2, quiet, sunny, family-friendly feel-good apartment on the 1st floor of our private house (own entrance via staircase). It is located in an idyllic location on the outskirts of the city, yet close to the center in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Steinernern Meer.

• For a maximum of 3 to 6 people and at least 3 nights

• Non-smoking apartment (smoking allowed on the balcony), Pets are not allowed.

• High-quality furnishings (some with healthy real wood furniture and wooden floors).

• 15 minutes walk to the city center with inviting cafes and restaurants.

• The extensive cross-country ski trails in winter and the Tauern cycle path with many excursion options are within sight (200m) of the house.

• The Ritzensee natural swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool can be reached in a 5-minute drive.

• Direct view of the illuminated winter toboggan run and the summer toboggan run, the Steinerne Meer, the Saalfelden hermitage, Lichtenberg Castle and the Peter-Wiechenthaler-Hütte at 1752m.
