The APARTMENT:
The premium flat, where you like to stay a little longer, offers plenty of space for 8 to 10 people. It not only has a very spacious living room, but also 5 balconies in all directions, where you can spend relaxing hours, especially in summer.
Bed linen & towels are included. You park protected from the weather on two reserved spaces in the underground garage, in front of which ideally the winter sports equipment is unbuckled or you get off your bike first. From the ski cellar (with protective dryer) you can take the lift to the flat, which is heated by underfloor heating and can be 'cosily heated' by the fireplace.
Apart from that, the new flat is very attractively equipped and fully furnished with regard to bathrooms (each with bathtub and shower), kitchen and floors (oak parquet in the rooms).
Separate WC's, 'WLAN without fees', 3 flatscreen TV's as well as dishwasher & washing machine round off the comfortable equipment.
Two stable high chairs and Hauck travel cots with mattresses are also available on request at no extra charge.
LOCATION / ENVIRONMENT:
The family-friendly 4-star Edelweiss - Apartment is quietly situated in probably one of the most sought-after locations in Leogang, on the Steinberg - slope. After only 150m of skiing across a small meadow, with a view of the 2,634m high Birnhorn, you reach an ideal beginners' slope with practice lift & ski school at the Kralleralm. From there, a few swings will take you to the 10-seater - Steinbergbahn, opened in 2014, which will take you quickly and pleasantly to the great pistes of Zell am See (new from winter 2019/20) and Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn. The BIKEPARK LEOGANG has also expanded with another lift and new trails and is now close to the accommodation. There are also 9 golf courses within a radius of 50km. A wide range of possibilities in Leogang and the surrounding area should ensure that even on a summer holiday lasting several weeks, young and old won't be bored for long.
FLEXIBILITY:
+++ Groups of up to 16 people who would like to have enough space both indoors & outdoors at the common table are possible by renting together with the appartement-an-der-piste.at +++
+++ Outside the main seasons, the flat can optionally be reduced by individual bedrooms and a bathroom, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful benefits of the appartement-an-der-piste.at #2 more price-consciously if you are travelling with 6 or fewer people. So even for 2 people a holiday in the 58sqm living room with fireplace, open kitchen and wine fridge becomes easily possible+++.
