Conditions of participation

1. Organiser

The organiser of this competition is Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH, Hütten 39, 5771 Leogang.

2. Participation

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
* Participation in this competition is free of charge.
* Participants in the sense of the competition are natural persons who have subscribed to the Facebook page of Leoganger Bergbahnen 'Berg der Sinne' or Instagram Home of the Lässig / Saalfelden Leogang Instagram channels during the participation period (or who have already subscribed) and have left a comment on the competition post.
* The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Minors may participate with the consent of their parents or guardians. The competition is not open to employees of the Promoter or any other person involved in the design or implementation of this competition.
* The competition starts on 03/01/2025 and ends on 06/01/2025 (23:59). In the event of a culpable breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant with immediate effect.

3. Prize and prize selection

1 winner will be chosen at random to win one of the following prizes Redster S9 Revoshock S including X12 GW length 165 cm. The winner agrees that a winning photo may be published in a magazine at a later date. The winners agree that Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH may produce and freely use the image and video material for advertising purposes. The description and illustration of the prizes in the competition are symbolic and not binding. The winner will be determined within two working days of the closing date. The winner will be the participant drawn at random from all participants. The winner will be contacted by Instagram message. If the winner does not confirm the prize within five working days, the prize will be forfeited and another participant will be selected.

4 Data Security and Privacy

Entrants' personal data will be used and collected by the Promoter in accordance with data protection legislation. The personal data includes the fact of participation and, in the case of a prize, the name and home address for the purpose of sending the prize. Participants' personal data will only be used for the purposes of the competition and the delivery of the prize. The personal data will not be made public and will only be used to deliver the prize. You can find more information about data protection at www.leoganger-bergbahnen.at. The data will only be processed for this competition and will then be destroyed. The winner's personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the distribution of the prize. By participating in this competition, the participant agrees that Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH may contact the winner via his/her e-mail address.  

5 Cancellation

and changes to the competition The organiser is entitled to cancel the competition without prior notice and with immediate effect for good cause. The competition can also be cancelled due to force majeure or other legal reasons.  

6 Miscellaneous

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is appropriate in the individual case and comes as close as possible to the purpose of the invalid provision.
