This “anti-racist, anti-fascist free form death jazz” band from Sweden consists of three members of the legendary hardcore metal punk band Refused, including lead singer Dennis Lyxzén, whose version of “Whiplash” at the Polar Prize even got Metallica shouting “Wow!”, have teamed up with Mats Gustafsson, who Lyxzén says is a “free jazz genius”. The music is “wild and improvised and really fun.” Yesterday at Coachella or the Monster Bash Festival, today in Saalfelden.
