from 2.30 pm: Arrival and check-in at Hotel Ritzenhof
4 p.m.: Introductions with distribution of test material and goodies, Lecture "Equipment and technique"
5 p.m.: Warm-up training on the floodlit track
Afterwards dinner together
Saturday, 18th January
Morning: Cross-country technique training in two ability groups
Lunch at the Ritzenhof
Afternoon: free cross-country skiing with focus on the skills learned in the morning
Wellness at the Ritzenhof
Dinner and fireside chat and talk shop with Markus Rothberger
Sunday, 19th January
Morning: free cross-country skiing with Markus Rothberger
followed by individual departure

THE ACCOMMODATION
You will stay at the RITZENHOF ****S - Hotel und Spa am See, which is located in Saalfelden directly at the start of the Ritzensee cross-country ski trail. The hotel offers an exceptional wellness and spa area with a view of the Ritzensee lake as well as excellent cuisine.

Start the day with a hearty breakfast buffet, then head out onto the cross-country trails right in front of the hotel and choose your tour according to your mood.
