"FOREST BATHING with Maria”

Forest bathing expert, TEH herb expert & mountain hiking guide Maria Leutgeb takes you away from everyday life into some very special time-out to the "shinrin yoku" on the Berg der Sinne (Senses Mountain). Guided hike with forest bathing at 7 or 14 fantastically located stations (depending on the weather). Total walking time approx. 3.5 h / 8.2 km / 1000 vertical metres downhill. In bad weather, the route is shortened by half (Steinbergbahn mid station). Good footwear essential.

Individual workshop on home remedies, culinary delights and smudging, with natural products from the local forest.
