On 07.08.2025, the Asitz will be the stage for a spectacular interplay of big band power and charismatic singing: The Lungau Big Band meets the extraordinary Anna Buchegger!

Since its foundation in 1983, the Lungau Big Band has developed from a jazz wind orchestra to one of the most famous big bands in Austria. Their repertoire ranges from the classics of the great jazz orchestras such as Glenn Miller and Benny Goodman to modern big band literature and their own compositions. What always distinguishes them: pure joy of playing, musical precision and boundless energy.

They are joined by Anna Buchegger, the 2021 Starmania winner, whose expressive voice effortlessly crosses the boundaries between jazz, pop and classical music. From soulful ballads to rousing swing numbers, she and the big band bring an incomparable mix of nostalgia and modern jazz to the stage.
