Leo’s Puzzle Hunt Competition
1. Organiser
The organisers of the competition are the Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH, Hütten 39, 5771 Leogang.
2. Taking part
By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
* Participation in the competition is free of charge.
* Participants in the sense of the competition are natural persons who have subscribed (or previously subscribed) to the Facebook page of Leoganger Bergbahnen 'Berg der Sinne'.

* The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Younger persons may participate with the consent of a parent or guardian. The competition is not open to employees of the Promoter or any other person involved in the design or implementation of the competition.
* The competition starts on 24 June 2024 and ends on 15 October 2024 (04.30 pm). In the event of a culpable breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant with immediate effect.
3. Prize and winner selection procedure
One winner will be drawn to win the following prize 2 nights in Saalfelden Leogang with your family, 2 adults and 2 children. These activities are to be used on an agreed date in the summer of 2025. The winners agree that a winning photo will be published in the magazine 'Platzhirsch' at a later date. The winners agree that Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH and Flying Fox XXL may create and freely use image and video material for advertising purposes. and are not binding. The winner will be determined within two working days of the end of the entry period. The winner will be the participant drawn at random from all participants. The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger. If the winner does not confirm the prize within five working days, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be selected as the winner in a new random draw. The prize is non-transferable. The prize cannot be paid in cash or exchanged. The prize will be sent to the winner by Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH (by post). All operating, ancillary and consequential costs arising from the prize or its receipt or use shall be borne by the entrant.
4. Data security and data protection
Personal data of participants is collected and used by the organisers in agreement with data protection guidelines. Personal data includes the act of participation, and in the case of winning, the name and address in order to be able to send the prize. Any personal data collected will be used exclusively for the process of the competition and delivery of the prize. Data collected will be used solely for this competition and destroyed thereafter. Personal data of the winner will only be stored as long as is necessary to distribute the prize. Participants in this competition agree to Leoganger Bergbahnen GmbH contacting them by e-mail if they are the winner.
5. Cancellation or alterations to the competition
The organisers are entitled to cancel the competition for any important reason immediately and without any prior announcement. The competition may also be cancelled for any legal reason or force majeure.
6. Other
If any terms and conditions of participation in the competition cease to apply, all other terms remain unaffected. If any condition ceases to apply, it will be replaced by a term that closest fulfils the appropriate purpose.
