On 30 June 2019 at 11.00 am, the art trail with paintings by Albert Dschulnigg will be officially opened on the Asitz in Saalfelden Leogang.
The Asitz art trail is now in its fifth season and is dedicated to a different artist every year.
This year, Leogang artist Albert Dschulnigg is exhibiting his colourful acrylic paintings. The artist's canvases are mainly portraits of famous personalities from the worlds of art, culture and sport, scenes from the vibrant life of a big city and animal motifs. Albert Dschulnigg's works are expressive, intensely coloured and impress with their depth. For the artist and the FREIRAUM cultural association, the hiking trail provides an ideal backdrop for the expressive paintings, which blend in with nature and allow viewers to marvel and pause along the way.
Even as a child, Albert Dschulnigg was fascinated by art and artworks of all kinds. Creativity runs like a thread through his life. In his profession as a chef, he lives it out every day in his elaborate, special creations.
Seven years ago, he discovered his passion for acrylic painting. But works in oil and experimental colours are also part of his artistic repertoire. He has put characters such as Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Udo Lindenberg and Salvador Dali on canvas. His motifs also include scenes from sport, impressions of a big city and animals, especially lions. Many private commissions round off the artist's work.
Albert Dschulnigg has already shown his works in exhibitions at the Volksbank Leogang, the Hotel Der Löwe and the Hotel Puradies in Leogang. In co-operation with the Hotel Der Löwe in Leogang, Albert Dschulnigg has decorated the public area with his works in acrylic, on canvas and on special iron plates. They are expressive and strikingly coloured works that impress the viewer with their depth and forcefulness and impress the viewer with their colour intensity and special play of colours.
