Art Trail: Follow Your Nature by Isabella de Lorenzo

In order to promote the growing and new culture in the area, the Kulturverein FRERAUM and the Leoganger Bergbahnen offer artists the opportunity to present themselves with a unique backdrop each year. This year, the paintings of Isabella de Lorenzo are exhibited on the Art Walk. The artist works with a variety of techniques, ranging from acrylic, pastel, charcoal to collage techniques.

Artist Isabella de Lorenzo lives in Abtenau and discovered her passion for painting during the first lockdown in 2020. Messages from the artist herself can be found in her works. With a focus on the essential and the simple, it is above all personalities from art, culture, design and sport that impress the artist and that she represents in her expressive, colorful pictures.
“It is the combination of the different painting techniques with the personal messages that impressed the visitors. The paintings are colorful, vivid and invite to engage with the artist’s messages.” says Martina Riedlsperger from the Kulturverein Freiraum about the Kunstwanderweg Urnung. 
Below the Asitzbahn Bergstation starts the beautiful art trail via the "Stille Wasser am Asitz" to Sinner Park on the Asitzbahn Mittelstation. Every 30 to 40 metres there are works of art by this year’s exhibitor, Isabella de Lorenzo, which invite you to take a short break and look at it. The artworks are on display from 25.06.2023 to 17.10.2023.

Isabella de Lorenzo is delighted: “I have lived and worked in Saalfelden Leogang for six years and as a result I am very closely connected to the region. I am particularly honoured to be able to decorate the art trail at the Asitz with my paintings. I hope that the artworks and the messages contained in them will bring joy to many visitors throughout the summer.”
