You can experience the nature cinema, the TONspuren islands, the hiking trails and a cosy stop for a bite to eat is also possible. The EPIC Bikepark Leogang is still open until 8 November, including bike transport. The expected start of the winter season is 27 November 2020!
The Asitz and Steinberg cable cars ensure a carefree ascent into the mountain world of Saalfelden Leogang. This year, for the first time, they will be in continuous operation until the start of the winter season. ‘Sit down, enjoy and escape from everyday life’ - that's what you want once you've reached the natural cinema over the large Asitz. The nature cinema is located on its summit, the Sonnkogel, and offers hikers a particularly impressive spectacle. It is a panoramic cinema in the middle of the landscape with the natural soundscape of the mountain world, with peaceful lounging islands and plateaus with hammocks. New this year are the TONspuren islands, which have been set up along the hiking trail between the mountain stations and the Asitz summit. At five stations, you can experience live recordings of the previous year's TONspur concerts and enjoy nature at the same time. The EPIC Bikepark Leogang offers unlimited riding fun on the numerous trails and lines until 8 November 2020. All mountain restaurants are still open until mid-October, and from 19 October 2020 the AsitzBräu will be providing refreshments on the mountain. You can discover all this and much more until the start of the winter season, probably until 27 November 2020.
Another highlight on the mountain: the AsitzBräu invites you to the Oktoberfest for the 9th time. Various traditional music groups provide a special atmosphere during the day with hearty music. Celebrations take place from 26 September to 4 October 2020 - from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. On Sundays from 11:30 a.m. you can enjoy a morning pint. The AsitzBräu can be reached with the Asitz cable car, which runs daily from 9:00 - 16:30 and on Saturdays until 18:00.
