Three dates, unforgettable experiences
The Nordic Park Experience takes place on three Sundays in February: on 2, 16 and 23 February 2025. Each of these days offers the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the Nordic world, enjoy the unique winter atmosphere of Lake Ritzensee and be active, relaxed or creative. Lake Ritzensee is transformed into a backdrop full of possibilities that combine winter fun and Nordic flair.
A varied programme for the whole family
The Nordic Park Experience offers a variety of activities that will delight visitors of all ages. For children, there are the Kids Winter Games, where they can let off steam and join in at various play stations. Those who like puzzles and have their cross-country skis with them will enjoy the Nordic puzzle rally around Lake Ritzensee, while connoisseurs can relax to good music in the chill-out lounge. Culinary highlights such as a Nordic BBQ, prepared by the Hotel Ritzenhof with regional ingredients, as well as hot and cold specialities will ensure that visitors are well fed. Visitors of all ages can grill marshmallows over an open fire. If the weather conditions allow and the ice rink is open, visitors can ice skate on the frozen Ritzensee. Ice skates are available for hire on site. A few other surprises, such as fun competitions or the cross-country ski test by ‘Sport2000 Simon’ on 16 and 23 February, await visitors.

As an official ‘Green Event Salzburg’, special measures are implemented to make the event as environmentally friendly as possible. A small goodie awaits all visitors travelling by public transport.
