Saalfelden Leogang wins prestigious advertising award

Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH was recently awarded one of the most prestigious Austrian advertising awards.

In the “TV and Radio Spot” category, the region was able to take home the Kristall Award as the overall winner at the 35th T.A.I. Advertising Grand Prix. In two other categories there were the “Signum Laudis Medal” in silver and bronze respectively.

Original, creative, memorable, with a high level of significance - this is the Saalfelden Leogang Tourismik not only when it comes to creating holiday moments. With awards in the framework of the prestigious Austrian advertising prize, the T.A.I. Advertising Grand Prix, the region recently proved that these attributes also apply to its advertising media.


"As I Will" production Overall winner in TV and radio spots

In a field of a total of 153 applicants, Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH was able to prevail against the competition with the radio spot “Holiday in Saalfelden Leogang. Just like I want.” in the category “TV- and radio spot” and secure the coveted crystal sculpture “World in our hands”. The production was created together with the agency Rahofer from Salzburg and is intended to generate moments of longing for mountains, for time off, for rest and for individual holiday design. 
 

But the tourism region also performed well in terms of moving images or in printed form at the T.A.I. Werbung Grand Prix 2022. As part of the audience evaluation in the “TV/cinema spot” category, Saalfelden Leogang reached second place together with the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn and their “Home of Léssig” signature clip. In the category “Catalogues & Brochures Destinations”, the year-round magazine of the Saalfelden region Leogang, which is designed annually with the Berlin agency Nectar & Pulse, placed third in the audience ranking. 


Two of the many award-winning hotels in Saalfelden Leogang are also among the winners of the T.A.I. Werbung Grand Prix 2022. The Hotel “Der Krallerhof” won the Signum Laudis Silver in the jury evaluation in the category “Catalogues & Brochures Hotels” and the “Naturhotel Forsthofgut” Signum Laudis Silver in the jury evaluation in the category “Marketing- & Social Media Campaigns”.

For over 40 years one of the most prestigious advertising awards

The T.A.I. Werbung Grand Prix was founded in 1980 by the specialist newspaper Tourist Austria International. It is awarded in the categories TV and radio spot, online & digital marketing campaigns as well as in the areas print (posters, catalogues, brochures) and websites. In addition to the voting by an expert jury, the T.A.I. Werbung Grand Prix also includes the opinion of the audience. For this reason, the Austrian Prize is considered one of the fairest competitions for tourism advertising.
