The achievement was honoured with the Signum Laudis silver medal. Gold and bronze went to Austria's largest bike region Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn: for the entertaining summer campaign videos by and with bike star Vali Höll.
The T.A.I. ADVERTISING GRAND PRIX, which is known as the toughest and fairest competition for tourism advertising in the German-speaking world, was awarded in mid-June 2024 at "Lighthouse 10" in the Haus des Meeres in Vienna. The decision to award the prizes was not only made by a panel of experts, but above all by the most important juror there is for any advertising: the public.
Saalfelden Leogang has once again been honoured with the prestigious award - this time with an animated moving image production to explain the brand strategy. The video shows the Saalfelden Leogang brand as a region rich in contrasts in a clear and easy-to-understand animation and also introduces the target group of the marketing strategies. An open-minded, environmentally conscious small family looking for unforgettable experiences and happy to spend a little more on them is the target group for the campaigns: "Saalfelden Leogang's new brand video is a vivid example of how brand processes can be brought to life. We are delighted that the audience jury of the T.A.I. Advertising Award agrees," says Marco Pointner, Managing Director of Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH.
The campaign was realised in collaboration with the Graz-based agency "Unter freiem Himmel", whose founder and Managing Director Gernot Stefl has roots in Saalfelden Leogang.
Gold and bronze for humorous videos from Austria's largest bike region Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn
Gold in the jury ranking and bronze from the audience was awarded for the video campaign released by Austria's largest bike region Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn last summer. It starred two-time world champion Vali Höll, who demonstrated her humour and acting talent. With a twinkle in her eye, three entertaining advertising clips were presented, which put the core areas of e-bike, enduro and freeride at the centre in a funny way.
The T.A.I. ADVERTISING GRAND PRIX was awarded for the 37th time. This time, over 200 entries were judged in the categories of print, TV and radio adverts, websites as well as marketing and social media campaigns.
