Your ticket for all public transport in Salzburgerland
In Saalfelden Leogang, your holiday is all about comfort and sustainability. From May 2025, overnight guests will receive the new Guest Mobility Ticket. This allows you to use all public transport throughout the province of Salzburg free of charge - from the train to the Postbus to the Loigom Soifen shuttle. So you can travel relaxed and environmentally friendly through the region!
From 1 May 2025, the Guest Mobility Ticket will be available to you from your first overnight stay in the Saalfelden Leogang region. If you also receive the Saalfelden Leogang Card, you will benefit twice over. The Guest Mobility Ticket allows you to use public transport free of charge throughout your stay - for environmentally friendly and relaxed mobility in the region.

With the Guest Mobility Ticket Salzburg, which you receive on your holiday with an overnight stay in Saalfelden Leogang, you can use all trains, post buses and the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn. The Guest Mobility Ticket is a great offer for all overnight guests in the province of Salzburg. It is financed via the mobility tax, which is levied as a supplement to the overnight stay tax and is issued directly at check-in at the accommodation. This ticket allows you unlimited use of all public transport in the province of Salzburg during your entire stay. This includes city transport, regional bus services, S-Bahn trains, regional trains, long-distance trains and micro public transport.
The Guest Mobility Ticket is valid on all public transport in the province of Salzburg for the duration of your stay. This includes city transport, regional bus services, suburban trains, regional trains, long-distance trains and micro public transport.
The Guest Mobility Ticket is valid for all overnight guests in the province of Salzburg for the entire duration of their stay.
The Guest Mobility Ticket is issued directly at check-in at your accommodation.
The Guest Mobility Ticket cannot be purchased separately, but is always linked to an overnight stay in an accommodation establishment in the province of Salzburg. It is included in the accommodation price from the first night of your stay in Saalfelden Leogang. You will receive the card directly at your accommodation.
No, the cable cars or other excursion destinations are not included in the Guest Mobility Ticket. The ticket is only valid for public transport such as buses, micro public transport, trains or local railways.
Use includes all public transport (train, post buses and local railway) in the entire province of Salzburg. This also includes urban transport in the city of Salzburg, regional bus services, suburban trains, regional trains and long-distance trains in SalzburgerLand.
The charges for the Guest Mobility Ticket are set per person (aged 15 and over) and per overnight stay and are calculated in addition to the existing overnight stay tax.
- Financing: From 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2027, the mobility levy is only € 0.50 per person (aged 15 and over) and per night.
- Future-orientated: From 1 May 2027, the mobility levy will be € 1.10 per person (aged 15 and over) and per night.
- Family-friendly: Children up to the age of 14 pay no mobility tax.
Similar to the KlimaTicket Salzburg, it is also possible to use the Salzburg Verkehr Guest Mobility Ticket on cross-area lines ordered by Salzburg Verkehr. These include, for example, lines 150, 260 and 180
Dogs can travel free of charge on public transport with the Guest Mobility Ticket. Important note: one dog per person is free of charge. Dogs must be kept on a lead and muzzled on all means of transport.
The landlord can issue the Guest Mobility Card as part of a pre check-in. This is then valid for the 260 bus route on arrival.
Unfortunately, ÖBB trains are currently not included for the journey.
