TONspur Islands hiking trail
There are five TONspur islands along the hiking trail. These are covered wooden loungers where you can relax and enjoy atmospheric music with a breathtaking panorama.After a short rest at the Kneipp facility at the mountain lake near the TONspur stage, return to the entrance at the top station of the Asitz lift.
Explore the Hiking Trail of Arts, the "Störhölzer" sculpture, the Peaceful Water Chapel and the Peaceful Water lake "Stille Wasser".
Take the lift back down into the valley from the mid station of the Asitz lift, or enjoy some Alpine hut cuisine before riding down.

Begin by travelling on the Steinberg lift and continuing on foot towards the summit cross of the Großer Asitz at 1,914m, relaxing amongst the TONspur islands. Listen to atmospheric music and enjoy the beautiful views. Stroll back and join the Art Trail, which starts at the top station of the Asitz lift near the Alte Schmiede. It takes you past the Störhölzer sculpture and continues to the Stille Wasser Chapel. The Hiking Trail of Arts ends at the Peaceful Water lake at the mid station of the Asitz lift. The Asitz lift takes you back to the valley.

Free Shuttle

During the holiday period from 5 July to 11 September 2024, we offer a free shuttle bus service
from the Asitz lift to the Steinberg lift from 01.00 pm to 05.00 pm.
