9.30 a.m.: Visiting the Expo Area

At the bottom station of the Asitzbahn in Leogang you will find the event area with over 50 booths, which have the latest products, coolest trends and innovations within the mountain bike scene. Numerous brands, including Scott, Specialized, Bold, Pivot or Liteville are ready with test bikes for the 2024 season. Even if you are looking for new accessories for your mountain bike rides, you are in good hands with the companies' professional advice (e.g. Muc-Off, IXS, Maxxis, 100% and many more). For your test rides or to try out your newly purchased products for the first time, all bike park lines and trails as well as the official UCI downhill track will be open that weekend. As a bonus, there is a 15 percent discount on all bike park tickets to make your BIKE Festival weekend even more epic!

10 a.m.: Time for workshops

During the BIKE Festival, the BIKE Academy offers a variety of workshops and tours. Among other workshops, eMTB workshops such as a beginner eMTB workshop with multiple runner-up world champion and pioneer of eMTB Stefan Schlie will be offered. For the youngest from the ago of 10, there is also a Rookies Bike Ride powered by Scott with the YouTube biker and record chaser Elias Schwärzler. For those who are looking for more adrenaline and would consider themselves advanced, there is a 'Ride World Cup Track' with the RedBull Downhill World Cup mountain biker Brook Macdonald from New Zealand every day during the BIKE Festival. Workshops & registration

1 p.m.: Testing the new "AlteSchmiede Trail"

After a delicious lunch at one of the numerous food trucks in the event area, it's time to try out the newly opened "AlteSchmiede Trail". Above the Asitz mountain station, shortly after the start of the Asitz Trail, you reach the entrance to the AlteSchmiede Trail. From the hand-built single trail over 3.5 km there is an impressive view of the Leoganger Steinberge. The ride promises flowy turns, northshores, easy technical passages as well as forest passages. The medium-difficulty trail is suitable for experienced riders, both young and old, who have a lot of fun exploring new trails.

This year, you can still test the AlteSchmiede Trail until October 15. From 2024, the new single trail will then be open all summer.

Your personal action photo and signing sessions

If you visit the BIKE Festival on Saturday or Sunday, you have the opportunity to have an action photo taken by one of our professional photographers. The photos will be available online and for download one day later - so you decorate your wall with a personal action photo with the incomparable mountain panorama of Saalfelden Leogang in the background. Photo Days times and spots will be displayed on site. Pick up a wristband at the Saalfelden Leogang booth to purchase professional photos of your EPIC Bikepark day at a great price.

Get close to your favorite stars from the bike scene after the workshops: On Saturday afternoon there will be signing sessions with Lukas Knopf, Elias Schwärzler and Brook Macdonald.

4 p.m.: Pumptrack with Joost Wichman

After the exciting single trail ride your energy level is still high, and that's why you want to join the Pumptrack Workshop with the expert and former Four Cross World Champion Joost Wichman and his crew. At the World Camps Pumptrack, the pros will show you the right flow, give you valuable and individual training tips as well as suggestions for improvement and take a look at your technique.

From 5.30 p.m.: Bike Trial Show and Party

After an unforgettable day of biking, it's on to the Bike Trial Show, where you will be surprised and inspired by the speed and tricks of professional trial biker Thomas Klausner. Even after so many varied program highlights, the evening has just begun: Experience the BIKE community vibes on Saturday from 9 p.m. at the Festival Party with DJ Max Teaser at the B3!
